If you haven’t signed up to this platform it might be worth a look as there are many features for writers, poets and publishers alike. You can sign up as an author, as I have, or just as a fan of reading. You can ‘make online friends’ with other readers (and writers) who have similar tastes in literature to you. It’s always good to find a new writer and this can help a lot.
As well amusing the site to keep track of your own books and reading it’s a great place to discover new writers. You can also join online ‘Writing Groups’ where members are kept up to date with things happening in their chosen genre / interest.
